Commercial grade carpet with solid NEXUS Modular vinyl backing. Carpet used for this project has been specifically created on one of the US factories. Material is extremely durable and water resistant. Solid vinyl backing makes it Waterproof, more stable and harder when you step on it.

Floor protection

• For NEW trucks: Using these mats you are simply upgrading the flooring and protecting the original surface from damages, and also extending the lifetime of the original floor.

• Full size floor mats cover the entire main area in the cabin. The full set consists of minimal amount solid parts: for Front seats area, sleeper area and niches (depends of truck brand and model)
• Mats are made from durable commercial grade carpet material: polyester carpet + solid and hard vinyl bottom layer, ¼ inch thickness, and finished with high quality sewing edges. Hand cutting process is done by templates which have been made by real cabin sizes.
• Low thickness helps to insert some edges between plastic panels and floor → protects it from slipping and makes it look solid as the original floor

NOTE: Admissible gaps between seat bases and thresholds up to ¼ inch are normal and not an issue, it happens because all cabs are different and have inaccuracies somewhere up to ¼ inch on each side.
