Yury’sDesign (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://yurysdesign.com/) By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Return & Exchanges

We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges. All sales are FINAL, including SALE items.

Our products are HANDCRAFTED, and CUSTOM made and we do not keep items in stock (exclusion SALE / DISCOUNTED / TEST items) and make our products on demand after the order is placed and confirmed order.

By placing an order – you accept and agree with all information we provide before purchase:

  • read all item descriptions
  • verified all dimensions
  • verified all Truck details (model, seats, cab configuration and other)

From our side – We are working hard for our customers and spending a lot of time to prepare and provide all information about products, prepared detailed descriptions, real pictures, tables with dimensions to be clear and avoid any kind of miscommunication.

From your side – you just need to read, check that information prior to placing the order. We appreciate your business and gladly will accept it from you too.

Damages

We care about our products and to provide the best customer satisfaction, we designed shipping packages with 99% guarantee damage free delivery for items. We are not folding our mats. All mats sets are shipped in rolls wrapped in plastic and heavy duty carton boxes.

In case your order falls in that 1% item damage (shipping box doesn’t count as item part), please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please email info@yurysdesign.com.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING FROM US (PHOTO AND VIDEO PROOF REQUIRED)

Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please don’t forget about common sense, all our items are handmade and there may be some signs of that: some glue on the bottom side, binding is not straight on some corners and difficult sewing areas, finger prints on the bottom (that is because of the specific material which is hard to sew, especially on large pieces of carpet). But everything in common sense frame.

NOT an ISSUE and we are not responsible in these cases:

  • your truck cabin dimensions don’t match our description (photo proof required)
  • your seats type doesn’t match our description (photo proof required)
  • your truck model doesn’t match our description (photo proof required)
  • your truck modification doesn’t match our description (photo proof required)
  • I ordered by mistake
  • I change my mind
  • I don’t like it

IF OUR PRODUCT SHOWS DAMAGES FROM MANUFACTURING PROCESS (PHOTO AND VIDEO PROOF REQUIRED), OR PRODUCT WHICH WILL NOT FIT YOUR MODEL (PHOTO AND VIDEO PROOF REQUIRED)

Cancellation / refund

Order cancellation could be processed only in case if we didn’t start making your order, it depends on the season and the load we currently have, sometimes we start to prepare it in a couple of hours after the order is placed, sometimes in 2 days. In this case we highly recommend contact us ASAP to get the cancellation.

Every case will be cared of and handled individually. All returns / refunds expenses is buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping cost is NOT refundable.
